Circa 1975/1976 repress; label shows "A Division Of All Platinum Record Group", that company didn't acquire the Chess catalogue until August 1975. Cover still shows details for the label's previous owner, "(P)1972 GRT Corporation" and "Chess/Janus Records, A Division of GRT Corporation" so either an excess cover that All Platinum bought from GRT, or All Platinum didn't bother to update the cover text.
